What keeps me motivated is my daughter.
How often do you workout?
I like to try and work out four times a week.
What type of workout routine do you find the most effective?
Cardio is what I find the most effective. I do cardio every time I work out but I switch up when it comes to lifting weights. I use machines some days or free weights on others. I squat or do some type of excersize in that area to help keep up all muscle groups.
What’s your most favorite exercise?
My most favorite excersize is squats.
What does your diet consist of?
My diet during the week mostly consistent of protein a lot of veggies and fresh fruit.
What supplements are your taking?
The only supplements I take are vitamins for women and vitamin b12 shots.
What is your favorite cardio exercise?
My favorite cardio is a machine called the arc machine. It challenges you and at the same time works out the entire body.
Do you have a favorite quote?
My favorite quote is work hard not for yourself but to be the best example for someone else.
Any advice or tips for aspiring transformers?
My advice is stay focused even if life activities don’t allow for you to always make it too the gym set 30 min before bed to get some type of work out in.
