I start with fitness on 13.05.2013, i try everything to lose bodyfat, i try low carb high fat but the best thing was low carb low fat.
On January 2014 i Try it an dir Works, I shredded my body to 7-9% bodyfat. Today i still motivate and love fitness. I train 6 days a week, Push-pull-leg Split. Before i start fitness my life was without discipline. Today i got so much discipline that i train 6 other people, i wrote them a plan to eat and to train. I train two guys with start bodyweight of 110kg. Today they are 94kg and still so fitness.
