Why did you decided to transform?
I didn’t feel comfortable with the way I look, I didn’t like the fact that I used to spend 10 hours a day sitting in front of my computer playing computer games. That’s why I decided to change the way I live my life, to not waste my life on useless things and to do something about myself.
What keeps you motivated?
I love it when I look in the mirror and I can see the progress i’ve made, also hearing people saying positive comments about my physique, that helps to motivate me. But there always will be “haters” , the difference between me and them is that they only speak, and I act.
How often do you workout?
I work out 4 to 6 days a week. It depends on what I have in mind, do I want to gain weight or do I want to burn fats.
What type of workout routine do you find the most effective?

For me the most effective way to train is to train 1 muscle group per day. I usually follow this routine:
Monday – chest
Tuesday – back
Wednesday – rest day
Thursday – shoulders
Friday – arms
Saturday – legs
Sunday – rest day
And I try not to repeat the same training routine 2 weeks in a row.

What does your diet consist of?
Meal 1 – protein shake + oatmeal, 1/2 grapefruit fresh
Meal 2 – rice, white chicken meat, vegetables
Meal 3 – rice, white chicken meat, vegetables
Meal 4 – before workout i don’t eat Carbs , i feel better that way, so I only eat white chicken meat.
Meal 5 – after workout : protein shake, eggs, rice & raisins.
Meal 6 – curd or eggs
What supplements are your taking?
protein, bcaa, omega 3
