Why did you decided to transform?
Because of me. I did’t feel well in my skin. I ate junk food and I was always full and tired. But the main reason was when I saw photos of me from my vocation in Mexiko. I wanted to look and feel much better on my next vacation. Wear nice swimsuit and feel good in it. That’s why I started to do something with my lifestyle.
What keeps you motivated?
I started to eat healthy and regularly with my boyfriend. He helped me not to buy junk food when I wanted to and I helped him the same way. And the second reason was how I said the imagination of me on the beach.

4-5 times a week

What is your diet like?
meal 1: I am in love with no flour protein pancakes! Almost every day! +coffee
meal 2: some fruits and tea
meal 3: chicken wrap with beans and vegetable
meal 4: whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and banana
meal 5: salad “what I fing in the fridge”
meal 6: only when I am hungry, some pice of vegetable, most often tomatos
Are you taking any supplements?
Only vanilla protein powder for my breakfast pancakes

I am listening most romantic songs so… No

No pain no gain (in my mother language is it like no work, no pie)
