I was tired of looking in the mirror and not being happy with what I saw.

5-6 days per week.

I often switch my training up between powerlifting style to a typical “bodybuilder” split. My rep ranges are between 5 – 12.
Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Chest
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Rest

Any advice or tips for aspiring transformers?
We all start somewhere. Start right now, stop telling yourself you’ll “start next week”. Don’t let people around you influence you to stray from your goals. Don’t let other people tell you how you should look. Do what makes you happy. No matter how long it takes, or how many times you fail, just get back up and try again. Be kind to yourself. Stop comparing yourself to other people. Become the best version of yourself that you can be.
