Looking at progress photos can actually motivate you to lose weight and keep on track with your diet. The girls in these photos may or may not been in the same situation as you or even worse. Which ever the case, seeing how far they have come from being overweight and living an unhealthy lifestyle to being slim, fit, and healthy is very inspirational.
A good way to keep track at your progress is by taking a snapshot photo of yourself in the beginning of your journey and compare it with the photo taken 3 months later or 6 months later. The difference in your progress will serve as a good motivation and will remind you how far you’ve come when you feel like giving up.
