Starting a transformation is probably one of the hardest things an obese or overweight person has to do. They may have always struggled with weight issues and their motivation levels are low. But many times, against all odds people undergo unbelievable transformations like the one of Christine Carter’s.
She lost 150 pounds in 16 months and completely changed her lifestyle. Desperate to get better, Christine, a food addict decided to have a gastric bypass surgery and embarked on a fitness journey. She then got a tummy tuck to get rid of the extra skin and breast implants.
Sadly, it seems her partner, unhappy with his girlfriend’s new gained confidence, got jealous and possessive which led to the relationship breakdown. Her amazing story proves that anyone can take control of their lives and health and it’s never too late to get in the best shape of your life. See more of her story by Dailymail.co.uk

‘My ex was very controlling, told me what to wear and I believe he wanted me to be fat so that I wouldn’t leave him. He also didn’t like me having me own friends.
‘Being overweight, I didn’t feel I deserved anything better – I went from a place of being “fat and happy” to just “fat”.
‘It was taking a major toll on my body and instead of dealing with my feelings I was eating them.’
According to Christine: ‘I started gaining the weight back, like many weight loss surgery patients do.
‘The weight loss surgery is only a tool. I had a wake-up call when I realised I was going to be a weight-loss surgery failure.
‘Not even this extreme measure could save me. There was a moment in time where I realised I have to change.’
Christine needed a long term solution and found a coach at Hero Training Center, who help guided her on diet, fitness, and her mental well-being.
