Water helps you build muscle in addition to sustaining you through your workout. Our muscles are about 75 percent water which acts as an electrolyte in our body and water helps lubricate your joints preventing injury while you’re working out and gaining muscle mass.

Water can also help you lose weight it breaks down fat and fat by-products that accumulate in the body and if you drink it before eating, it acts like an appetite suppressant causing you to eat less but most importantly boost your metabolism. Which helps you burn more calories throughout the day.

Finally drinking enough water each day gives you younger looking skin. So does taking frequent baths because typically dry skin as a result of a lack of water. Water doesn’t just save you money on moisturizers. It actually prevents fine lines wrinkles and even stretch marks.
