Why did you decided to transform?

I used to play football. I wanted to strengthen a bit the physical. and from there it all started. Thanks to my father who helped me, he is a bodybuilder / personal trainer for many years.


What keeps you motivated?

Myself. see where I can get from natural. with my strength.

How often do you workout?

3 times a week. 4 wrapped. but almost always 3

Thursday: remarried
Friday: Abs. Backbones. Biceps. Forearms.

Thursday: Legs. Calves
Monday: Rest

What does your diet consist of?

I did not follow a perfect diet. but I tried to keep the right amount of protein daily.

for now I do not use supplements

Running. or bike.
