End of transformation weight: I’m currently 108-110 kg(242,5lbs)

Why did you decided to transform?
School when I was hurt many times, beaten and I wanted to change this result and then my brother has dealt with this sport and so then I decided that I’m going with this I can deal with. In retaliation started, but it has become a mounting arrangement.
What keeps you motivated?
My dreams. The day to day right legyek.Na the great ones of course Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dennis Wolf, etc …
How often do you workout?
I do weight training four times a week, three times a week and cardio workout.
Monday: Breast-Shoulder superset, triceps, leg extension.
Tuesday: Well, biceps, hamstrings
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Shoulders, arms full
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: What’s better than weight training.
At the end of each abdominal exercise. Calf every other day.
What supplements are your taking?
High quality protein, carbohydrates and vitamins. After that come the various stimulants, energizers.
Your future fitness goals?
This year in February 2015 to begin to prepare for my first competition. I would like to seriously deal with the sport you will do for my health and financial situation also released.
Any advice or tips for aspiring transformers?
My message to the rest of my fellow sports that do not deal with what the other person is saying. Küzdjetek the álmaitokért, do it, and it will become a reality!
