You might think that your a ectomorph or a hard gainer because you find it hard to put on muscle. You may go far as measuring your bone size to see how big your wrist is. Or you might hear people say that you can’t put on muscle because you got small wrist, your doom by your bone structure. Your doom because your parents gave you the worst genetics, my 5 foot tall mother, my 5 foot 6 father, nobody over a hundred sixty pounds, and so on… The biggest mistake hard gainers make is by listening to that kind of stuff. First, you have to change your mind set if you want to change anything PERIOD. Your never going to change listening to negative thoughts. Just have a look at this guy for example, weighing only 110 pounds which extremely skinny for a guy but he was able to change all that by going to gym and workout (change in diet of course).
