Why did you decided to transform?
I decided to make a transformation to tackle unhappiness in my life at the time.
What keeps you motivated?
The euphoria I experience when I train and overall better functioning in every day life in terms of mental strength. It is also nice to know that I am almost all the time the fittest in a room of 100s of people. I notice a lot of stares.
How often do you workout?
5 days a week.
My routine changes every workout/week. I like to do it this way so my body is always guessing, I see the best results like this. Some days I come in and do sets of 3-5 reps other days I will do higher volume with drop sets sometimes hitting 50-100 reps in one set.
Monday: Push (strength based)
Tuesday: Push (strength based)
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Push (hypertrophy based)
Friday: Pull (hypertrophy based)
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Legs
Are you taking any supplements?
Yes I take creatine monohydrate.
Your favorite Gym Tracks, if any?
I usually listen to metalcore and heavy metal. My favourite bands include disturbed, metallica and breakdown of sanity. Sometimes I even listen to classical music in the gym when I am trying to contract my muscles it helps with the mind-muscle connection.
Do you have a favorite quote?
To know that you know nothing. That is the true meaning of knowledge – Socrates. Always take advice and mold it to your own styles of thinking… do not think you are the centre of the universe… this will allow you to expand your skill assets and allow you to get to the top of the mountain.
Your future fitness goals?
Be healthy and improve weak body parts … have a very proportionate body. I like to replicate the 70s-80s era of bodybuilding so aspire to have their proportions and symmetry.
Any advice or tips for aspiring transformers?
Don’t forget to train your mind. I see too many people portraying the typical meathead ideology. Do both and become the best version of yourself you can – be a superhuman 🙂

U can’t be mentally all there if u complete the leg routine I just finished. (All sets done till failure). 4*10 stiff legged barbell deadlift. 5*12 stiff legged dumbell deadlift. 6*12 dumbell lunges singles. 7*15 close grip leg press. 12*25 calf superset seated and standing
