Why did you decided to transform your body?
I decided to transform my body because I was not happy with myself, I was disappointed and depressed and I needed a change. I felt like If I could change the way I look then It would change the way I feel and that came to be true. My self confidence and motivation was through the roof and the feeling of accomplishment pushed me to heights that I never imagined were possible!
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated through many different ways. I look at my past pictures to remind myself of where I came from and how far I have truly come, I watch videos of my fitness idols constantly to keep pushing myself to reach my ultimate goal of having the same physique as them. I am starting a career from this as I am going through my personal training and sports nutrition certification courses right now!
Did you hit any plateaus during the process? How did you overcome them?
I hit many plateaus, more like brick walls. They are inevitable, starting a process like this is extremely challenging. When I hit my first plateau I almost gave up but I just looked myself in the mirror and said “look at how far you have come and what you have accomplished. You’re going to let a few hard weeks ruin that?” and from that point on that was the mentality I stuck to. If I trained hard, ate right and pushed myself I knew I would break through any plateau and that’s what I still do to this day!
How often do you workout?
I workout 5 days a week!
What type of workout routine do you find the most effective?
Starting out as a heavier kid I was too embarrassed to go to a gym so I found workouts to do at home. I stumbled upon Brendan Meyers on youtube and followed a lot of his videos and I became fascinated with calisthenics and the use of bodyweight for training. For me calisthenics was the most effective because it works so many different muscle groups and really doubles up as both a strength training program and a cardio program which helped me maintain muscle while still losing weight/fat in the process!
Please share your workout routine:
Monday: Jog for 20 minutes at 8AM, Teach Tabata Bootcamp HIIT Program from 5:45-6:20, Calisthenics from 9PM-11PM
Tuesday: Jog for 20 minutes at 8AM, Teach Tabata Bootcamp HIIT Program from 5:45-6:20, Calisthenics from 9PM-11PM
Wednesday: Jog for 20 minutes at 8AM, Teach Tabata Bootcamp HIIT Program from 5:45-6:20, Calisthenics from 9PM-11PM

Any advice or tips for aspiring transformers?
Get get out and start, do something, anything. Starting is the most difficult part but once you start and you start to see progress and results, it becomes an addiction, a lifestyle and from there the only place to go is up! Believe in yourself, motivate yourself, find your own ways to self motivate and do not rely on other people, you can lean on yourself and depend on yourself no matter what and that will lead you to future success!
