TIP #1 WILLPOWER & DISCIPLINE

You need both in any goals your setting, whether it’s fitness or your life or whatever it can be. The most important thing to have is mental strength, that’s going to be the backbone of achieving your goal. Don’t make excuses, it’s very easy to make excuses. You have to understand in order to change yourself you need to challenge yourself. Challenging yourself will put your body somewhere where it hasn’t been. Your body will take that, realize your pushing it and really start to change in a way that you wouldn’t expect it to.

The problem is a lot of people are easier said than done, they say their going to do something but they don’t really do it and they think they did it. The most important thing is to have discipline so you know what your doing and have the willpower to do it. In any goal whether in fitness or in life you need to be able have the mental strength to deal with the people and the voices that are going to come to you during the process or anything that’s going to take you off track. What you put your mind to you can really achieve and it’s really important to have WILLPOWER AND DISCIPLINE during that.

TIP #2 DIETING & MEAL PLAN

You need to be discipline while your trying to meet your goal. You need to have a certain meal plan to way you training your metabalism and it’s working the same way throughout your diet.

Basically you want to train your body to eat 4-5 times a day, small meals not big. You don’t want to eat less you want to eat better. You have to keep a “real meal plan” or a “set meal plan” organized obviously. Certain ways your going to be using the carb, burning calories during your workouts. The key is to pertain to certain goals. Having discipline to being able to eat every few hours is very important.

TIP #3 WATER

Drinking water HELPS, trust me! Vitamin water or anything electrolyte such as gatorade, etc. While your breaking a sweat your putting your body through that change that’s good because it has the necessary nutrients inside to basically replenished you at that moment. Let’s say your having your fourth meal around 6 o’clock at night and you want to drink gatorade with that meal, well not exactly a good thing to do. If your going to be relaxed your body is not going to do anything to brush that off. Even if you been working out before that your body is not going to do anything with that anyways. Plus you don’t want to drink gatorade with your meals because your just adding calories. So it’s best to just drink plain water and if your drinking cold water it changes your metabolism.

When you put something in your stomach, it’s your stomach acid that breaks everything down at a certain temperature. So if you put cold water in to your stomach, your stomach is going to work much harder to make that water warms. When your body is working your burning calories. So the best thing is to  drink a glass of water immediately after you wake up and a drink a glass of water 15 minutes prior to having your meal. Water is the best thing that you should be using during weight loss or other fitness goals

TIP #4 GOOD SLEEP

Example of why it is important not to eat before you go to sleep is your body is going to be digesting while you sleep. For instance it’s like me coming to your house at 3 in the morning and say “what’s going on”, obviously nobody wants that. Between 6 to 8 hours of sleep is recommended, no less than 6 hours.

Like mentioned before you want to basically have the descipline to make your body remember the fact that you’ve been eating that much that day, your drinking water, your digesting, and now it’s time to sleep. Your body is now going to take all its gains and nutrients from that day and everything you done to repair itself. A disrupted sleeping schedule can really messed up your hormonal balance. Basically stunting your goals and could lead to potential domino effects.

TIP #5 DETOXIFICATION

DETOXIFICATION is really important because when you eat a lot, chemicals stored in your major organs including your internal organs such as liver, kidneys, colon, and stomach. Detoxification does its best to rid these organs by keeping them fresh, keeping them flush. It’s important to have during dieting and during your fitness goals. You’ve been taking a lot of stuff, as far as your protein, carbs, pre-workout, post workouts, etc.

The physical change you’ll see is that your body feels lighter, the blood will circulate better in your body, you’ll sleep better, you’ll have more energy during your workout, and burn fat quicker. Detoxification a lot times are overlooked. Before having your detoxification you have problem sleeping, can’t concentrate, your focus is a little messed up. You’ll see that after you started detoxing these things will gradually disappear. You will feel a lot better physically.

There are many ways to detox your body and what recently works best (for me) is detoxification tea. The best part about it is that it’s just a cup of tea, basically dip it in a cup of hot water and drink it. Over the course of time you’ll see that it really helps. Your body won’t have all that chemical in it from anything you been eating, it flushes all that out. Like an oil change for a car, get rids of all that sludge out of your body.
