At the beginning, I started to work out just to improve my physical abilities to be more efficient in mixed martial arts. Then I saw my body changing more and more and really love that feeling. I decided to devote myself to build a better and bigger physique.

What is worked well for me is tio work heavy on compound movements (6 to 10 rep range) and concentrate on the stretch and squeeze on the isolation movements
