It was a sudden thing really, my neighbour asked me to go for a jog several times and i decided to go with him. I looked on the scale after those few times and saw i lost some weight, i then got motivated to go to the gym and start my transformation.
My own results. I love seeing how my body has changed and is still changing. I’m in love with working out, it’s my passion!
I workout 6 days a week.
My workout routine is not based on days, but on frequency. I run a 4 day split, then take a rest day and repeat. My split is Push, Pull, Legs, Off and Repeat.
I don’t have a ”diet”, i follow Flexible Dieting which means i need to hit my macros everyday, not having specific meal times or meal quantities. As long as i hit my calorie goal from the moment i wake up to the moment i go to sleep, i’m good.
Yes, i take Whey Protein, Creatine, Pre workout and my Vitamins & Fish oils.
I often listen to Death Core while training, it gets me psyched up really well. But lately i’ve been listening to Army of the Pharaohs / Vinnie Paz, which is Hip-Hop.

As of now i’m still Lean Bulking, as i have been doing for the past 8/9 months. I want to grow, and keep a relatively lean physique, which is working out nicely for me at the moment.
Never, ever, give up. Take pictures weekly to keep track of your results, because you might get demotivated if you have nothing to look back on and see what you have already achieved. And most of all, FOLLOW FLEXIBLE DIETING!
