I hated being the skinniest guy in my class.

4/5 days a week, depends on the split that I do.
Did your injury have any effect on your performance?
Actually it had pros and cons.
As far as cons go, my bench dropped down to 13pound dumbells after the surgery, I was completely unable to do front raises with any kind of dumbells, and felt constant pain during each exercise for several months which involved shoulder rotation.
Pros: I had a solid 3 months, focusing only on my leg development, which resulted both in size and strength gains.
