Most women who begin working out are weary about lifting weights. Most are under the impression that beginning to exercise will result in them being masculine muscle monsters when that couldn’t be further from the truth.
The truth of the matter is that if you want to be truly healthy you should workout your entire body. This helps avoid muscular imbalances and also helps you build your strength and athletic ability.
Don’t forget ladies, upper body strength is something most women are lacking. And doing pushups and bench pressing doesn’t just workout your chest but also your triceps. So if you want to have nicely developed arms you definitely shouldn’t neglect working out your chest.
But yeah, enough of that. What are the benefits of a woman working out their chest?
Ok, in the past I have pointed out bogus fitness claims such as you can do crunches to get 6 pack abs and do leg lifts to lose thigh fat. None of that is true however, building the muscles on your chest will cause your pectoral muscles to get bigger and sit higher on your rib cage.
This will cause your breasts to look bigger and sit higher as well!
This is another thing that may sound like a fitness scam but hear me out on this. If your pecs get bigger they will have a deeper valley in between.
Add that slightly bigger definition line in between your already decently sized breasts and now you’ve got something to write home about.
Women Chest Workout routines includes bench press or at the very least push ups is essential for building your pushing muscles and upper body strength.
By neglecting these muscles you will be losing out on many benefits as well as possibly causing a muscular imbalance in the process.
In other words…just because you’re a girl doesn’t mean you can skip chest day!
