High Calorie Food for Bulking On A Low Budget

First off, this video I want to present is about bulking on a budget NOT bulking with “clean” stuff. As bodybuilding can be an expensive sport for teenagers, for those starting out, and for those chasing their goals but have a thin wallet. This video will focus on getting plenty of calorie intake for bulking which in this video is over 4000. Protein powder, vitamins, weight gainer, and all that other stuff can be expensive for those with minimum income. It’s a lot of calorie intake in one day but like I said it’s a choice for those trying to get big in short time. When your financial status is better you can always switch to a clean bulking diet instead.

The foods in this video can all be found in your local supermarket. A lot of times when you go to the store look for deals that are on sale and discontinue products that are a lot cheaper then what you can usually get when buying the same thing over and over. Try to go for generic brands stuff rather than getting the name brands stuff which are lot cheaper and both have the exact same ingredient.

The foods range from 2 pounds of spaghetti or pastas for $2 which have a plenty of carbohydrate needed for bulking. Beans and rice are excellent source of complex carbohydrate which both are easy on the wallet. Peanut butter are cheap and loaded with calories, remember our goal here is to get those extra fat in or around 4000 calories a day.

NOTE: THE RESULTS MAY VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON. SO IT’S BEST TO CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN FIRST BEFORE MAKING ANY BIG CHANGES.
