Name: Hello everyone, My name is Radostin Kuzmanov
Start age: I was 14 years old when I stepped in the gym for the first time , I have trained for about 3-4 months but I can’t say that I really knew what I was doing because I didn’t have special workout routine or a meal plan , so for these months I haven’t done anything special.After this 3-4 months I slowly began to became like the most of the teenagers- drinking alcohol,smoking weed and etc.Then I suddenly became very ill of a illness that I was trying to fight with for about 2 months , and the worse thing was that after that I was not allow to train or do anything that could tense my body,I believe that God not accidentally let this happen.In the beginning of 2013 I was already recovered from the illness so I stepped back in the gym and began to train again.
Current age:I am 16 years old now (after 1 months nearly I will be 17)
Start weight:I was about 65kg when I started to train.Really skinny
End of transformation weight:Now I am 84kg
Height: 185cm
Total weight lost or weight gain: In the beginning of 2014 I was 92kg because I was in a bulking period – that’s my total weight for now
I just wanted to change my life because the things that I have done before were not good and maybe the second reason is that I wanted to be something else which most of the people are not, and I like it !
My dreams keep me motivated .Sometimes I lose motivation but as soon as the moment of that feeling what you have done for now and who you were before you started , makes me motivated again !
I haven’t tried so much training programs but the most effective for that moment is the program that I have invented by myself.
1.Monday – Back,rear delts,traps and calves
2.Tuesday – Chest and abs
3.off day
4.Thursday – Legs
5.Friday – Back and shoulders
6.Saturday – Arms and abs
7.Sunday – off day/sometime HIIT cardio
my favourite exercise is deadlift
My diet is something that I wrote by myself too with the help of google haha.
Meal 1: 3 whole eggs,2 egg whites ,100gr oats and 1 cup of 2% yogurt with 20gr honey
Meal 2: Iceberg salad with tuna,olive oil and 2 slices of whole grain bread with 200gr cottage cheese
Meal 3: 300-400gr potatoes with 200gr chicken breasts
Meal 4 (after workout) : 300gr chicken breasts with 100-150gr rice with broccoli
I usually take protein and bcaa, but now Im taking creatin and glutamine for the first time
I don’t like at all cardio so I don’t have favourite cardio exercise but I believe that squats and deadlifts are perfect fat loser exercises
Yes , I have a favourite quote : “ Never give up on a dream just because of the time that it will take to accomplish it ! The time will pass anyway ,so get up and chase your dreams until you hold them tight !
My future goals are to study graphic design, become fitness model someday and to open a gym on the beach of California haha !
I advice everyone who want to change their lifes to get up and start changing them now,no matter if its not the perfect time for change or you don’t feel comfortable.Just get up of your seat and start doing something for your future.Your dreams are waiting you !
