Start age: 14 year old
Current age:16 year old
Start weight: Approximately 50 kg
End of transformation weight: 65 kg
Height: 172 cm
Total weight lost or weight gain: Earned about 15 kg
Why did you decided to transform?
I used to play football. I wanted to strengthen a bit the physical. and from there it all started. Thanks to my father who helped me, he is a bodybuilder / personal trainer for many years.
What keeps you motivated?
Myself. see where I can get from natural. with my strength.
How often do you workout?
3 times a week. 4 wrapped. but almost always 3
Friday: Abs. Pectoral .Tricipiti. shoulders
Friday: Abs. Backbones. Biceps. Forearms.
Thursday: Legs. Calves
What does your diet consist of?
I did not follow a perfect diet. but I tried to keep the right amount of protein daily.
What supplements are your taking?
for now I do not use supplements
What is your favorite cardio exercise?
Running. or bike.

I have too many favorite quotes ahaha.

Getting the best from natural.

If you have a goal, try it. Do not let anything block you. fulfill your dreams or goals.
