After seeing so many men’s transformation on the web she decided to start her own version of a female’s freeletics workout video to see her progress from the beginning. At first she was overwhelm with the sport as it requires hard work but gradually her body adapted. From tired and exhausting workouts, it became fun. As well as making friends along the way. Which is great because us humans tend to work harder when there’s a partner compare to working out alone. Believe it or not it can actually push your body to a new level!
