“Just like how Superman discover stigma and learned that he could fly. I discover that I can do all sorts of things in the gym which I’d never thought possible. I went past my limits, the ability to crush in the gym, I can’t walk out properly and I feel horrible. I feel sick but still want to come back. It’s not the kind of training which makes you look pretty. It’s the kind of training which first and foremost is useful. You could push way beyond your boundaries but I wouldn’t recommend doing it all the time, unless you have someone knowledgeable guiding you then you could.”
