Name: My name is Todor Krastanov
Start age: I’m 18 years old. I’ve started training since I was 16 years old.
Start weight: I was 47 kilos when I started trainings, now I’m 75 kilos and 86 off session period.
End of transformation weight: I gained 39 kilos and I diminished my fats to perform my body to 75 kilos this summer.
Height: I’m 1.74cm height.
Why did you decided to transform?
I’ve started to train, because I want to change my life. People laugh at men, because of how weak I was. I was irresolute, I don’t express my own opinion and I was a little skinny boy which was sitting in the back.
What keeps you motivated?
My motivation is coming, when I see my results and the change which happened to me. I see the respect to me from other people no matter if they are younger or older than me.
How often do you workout?
I train 4-5 times a week.

Friday: Shoulders and Legs
Sunday: Arms (always with heavy weights)
