Why did you decided to transform?

I decided to start training, because I got inspired by the legend Zyzz, In the start I wanted to make ladies, but now its a lifestyle and I love to workout!

What keeps you motivated?

I love to workout and really enjoy it, that keeps me motivated and also my progress.

How often do you workout?

Normaly i workout 6 days at week and 1 day off sometimes 2 days.

Monday: Push day/ Chest, shoulder and triceps
Tuesday: Leg day include calf
Wednesday: Pull day/ Back and biceps
Thursday: Push day/ Chest, shoulder and triceps
Friday:Leg day include calf
Saturday: Pull day/ Back and biceps
Sunday: Rest day sometimes 2 days.

My future fitness goals is to compete in men’s physique and make my own business in the fitness industry.

If you really want that body, keep pushing and pushing and never give up!!!
