Why did you decided to transform?
I’m transforming myself For me ( to be healthy and to became a sexy woman I always wanted to be), for my two kids ( so they don’t lose me at an early age and I’m able to be a role model for them) and for my husband ( for loving me and being with me no matter my size, so this is also my present for him).
What keeps you motivated?
My family and looking at the mirror.
How often do you workout?
I did start exercise 2 months ago As much as I can but between 5 and 6 days a week. 1 or 2 days rest days.

Tuesday: gym ( treadmill, rowing machine, bike escalator, abdominals and weight)
Thursday: free or gym
Friday: gym and swimming
Saturday: gym or Hit
Sunday: free or gym

Any advice or tips for aspiring transformers?
Don’t give up even if u fuck up today, start again over and over. Do it the most natural way as u can so u can keep with ur life and in the future with out putting all the weight again Don’t rush it is not a change that will come with a blink of your eyes.
