Most of us spend a good part of our workday in a chair. If you are like me then you probably know how difficult it is to get in shape when you can’t even move around for 1/2 the day because you have to work sitting down. I know of a few people who have switched to the standing desk or the bouncy ball chair but for me those haven’t really been long lasting remedies.

Please note that these are simple and mostly stretches that will help you stay feeling good, you will need to supplement these with full workout routines if you want to lose weight or get fit.
