Why did you decided to transform?
I didn’t feel good in my body, I never was so fat and I decided to permanently change my body! At the same time I met with my friend Ozzy and he showed me the lifestyle where Street Workout was at the first place! Then everything started!
What keeps you motivated?
At the beginning of my journey I was really determined and I didn’t want to quit, then after a while I saw the first “side” effects of working out this was really motivating that from week to week I saw how my body changes. I also watched a lot of videos about Street Workout, I wanted to be like those guys that were performing crazy things on the bars.
How often do you workout?
I workout 5-6 times a week for about 1-1,5hours. It gives me a lot of energy and fun.

Are you taking any supplements?
No during my transformation I didn’t take any supplements, now I started to eat whey protein because I am trying to gain some muscles this is the only thing I will be using, the clue of getting in shape is to eat healthy food and drink a lot of water.

Yes I have. “One secret of success in life is for a man to be ready for his opportunity when it comes.”
Your future fitness goals?
Develop myself, overcome my weaknesses, do thigs that I always dreamed of. But the mostly I want to do is the planche. And I will do it, because I know I can!
Any advice or tips for aspiring transformers?
Remember if someone already did something you also can do it! We are all the same! My tip is to make photos every week, so you can see how your body is changing.
